The Chardonnay from Attems is a white with a fruity profile, which stands out for its vertical, embracing sip. The winemaking involves fermentation at low temperatures in steel, with one fifth maturing instead in second passage barriques, all without malolactic fermentation. The result is a round but fresh wine, with aromas of quince and citrus, along with hints of vanilla. On the palate, it is soft, embracing, and persistent with toasted notes
