The Chardonnay "La Fuga" by Donnafugata is a white wine with ancestral references: the grapes are harvested at night from the first decade of August. The wine is a harmony of fruit, wildflowers, and light mineral hints, reminiscent of the Mediterranean scrub, finishing with a slight savoriness and freshness

first decade of August, ferment alcoholically in steel, where they then remain to age for about 5 months before being bottled.

“La Fuga” is a Chardonnay that presents itself with a bright and lively appearance, reminiscent of the shades of straw yellow. The olfactory spectrum develops with mainly floral notes, enriched by aromas of exotic fruit and scents that recall the lush Sicilian Mediterranean scrub. On the palate, it is full-bodied, harmonious, with a smooth sip that develops on a fresh and satisfying mineral texture. Another small gem produced by the Donnafugata winery, a reality that confirms with this label its ability to combine quality wines with intriguing prices.
