'La Source' from the Evening Land winery is a Chardonnay with American origins, specifically in Oregon. Made from only one vineyard, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented by indigenous yeasts. It is matured for a period of 12 months in wooden barrels with a further six months in steel tanks. It offers a vibrant sip reminiscent of citrus aromas together with hints of mushrooms and light notes of musk
