The Chardonnay 'Linzera' from Eredi di Cobelli Aldo is an elegant, fresh white wine of great finesse. Fresh and fruity, it is produced from grapes grown on chalky, limestone-rich soils which, together with the producer's skill, are responsible for the wine's elegant character. The nose releases notes of white and yellow fruit, with subtle floral hints and a ripe and inviting citrus profile. On the palate, it is smooth, with surprising freshness and minerality. Perfect with great raw fish dishes
