Jérôme Galeyrand's Bourgogne Chardonnay 'Orane' is an essential and measured Burgundy white wine, made from a selection of regional parcels and harvested early to maintain a low alcohol content. The nose reveals citrus fruits, green apple and white flowers, while the palate is taut, creamy but very drinkable, with lively freshness and a salty finish. Ideal with seafood and semi-mature cheeses, such as sole in butter and young Comté
