The Chat Fou by Eric Texier is a red wine ready to drink made from different grape varieties, including 10% Chasselas, a white grape, to give refinement to the wine. On the nose, fresh fruit and jelly are perceived, with a spicy note. Elegant, soft, fresh and mineral.
