The Pauillac by Chateau Lafite Rothschild is an oenological monument of Bordeaux that expresses the power and crystalline class of Cabernet Sauvignon and, to a lesser extent, Merlot grapes. A champion in Olympus the great world red able to challenge time and coming from the most prestigious denomination of Medoc. It spreads an overwhelming aromatic complexity, composed of fruity shades of blackcurrant, cherries in alcohol, dried plums and figs, accompanied by more evolved nuances, due to the long aging in wood, of sweet spices, cocoa, sandalwood, menthol and black tea. It has a harmonious, majestic, robust and dense body, with perfectly integrated tannins and a nice freshness that accompanies a long and persistent finish. Unsurpassed!

Chateau Lafite Rothschild is one of the most famous domaines in the world. Its wines represent the absolute excellence of the lands of Medoc and an unattainable model for anyone aspiring to create a great wine. Rated as Premier Cru Classé during the famous classification of 1855, carried out for the Universal Exposition in Paris, it has traversed the centuries maintaining its quality unchanged to this day. The estate is located in Pauillac, in one of the most vocated areas for the production of extraordinary reds, complex, elegant, and long-lived. Its charm and prestige are found in an exciting and unforgettable glass, reserved for the finest connoisseurs.

The red Chateau Lafite Rothschild is produced by an estate present in Pauillac since the 17th century. The property extends over a total of 112 hectares and is divided into three large areas: the zone near the Château, the Carruades plateau, and a parcel of 4.5 hectares located in the municipality of Saint-Estèphe. The soils are composed of gravel thin and deep, mixed with sands, resting on a calcareous subsoil from the Tertiary period. The vines have an average age of 40, but those under 10 years are not used to produce the estate's first wine, which is the result only of vines that are at least 45 years old managed with low yields. The harvests are carried out manually with a rigorous selection of the best bunches. The vinifications take place separately for each parcel and for each grape variety. The fermentations occur in oak and stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The wine matures for a period of 18-20 months in new oak barriques, which are specially made by the domaine's cooperage, in order to have maximum control over all phases of production.

The wine Chateau Lafite Rothschild represents absolute excellence. It is one of those bottles that a great wine enthusiast should treat themselves to at least once in a lifetime. It presents itself with a dark red appearance with luminous reflections. Elegant and intense, it expresses a highly captivating aromatic palette, with floral nuances of violet, and balsamic herbs, aromas of black currant, blueberry, blackberry, sour cherry, hints of underbrush, humus, spicy notes, bitter cocoa, leather, toasted sensations, and memories of noble woods. The tannic structure is dense, ripe, and soft, and the aromas are finely nuanced, harmonious, fresh, and very persistent.
