Chateauneuf Du Pape Rouge "Haute Pierre" from the Delas Freres winery is a red wine blend of Grenache with a small part of Syrah. Both fermentations, alcoholic and malolactic, are carried out in cement tanks, while the wine rests for a period ranging from 8 to 14 months in oak barrels. A full-bodied and intense sip releases characteristic spicy aromas, with fruity hints and notes of licorice
