The Chianti Classico from Castello dei Rampolla is a rigorous and traditional wine, vinified in cement and aged in barrique for 18 months. It emanates aromas of cherries, rose, violets, chinchona, and spices. On the palate, it is warm and structured, animated by good freshness.
