The Chianti Classico from Podere Val delle Corti is a balanced and elegant wine, of excellent craftsmanship, aged for 24 months in large barrels. Notes of violets and cherries integrate into an enveloping and delicately spiced bouquet. The sip is dynamic, agile and juicy, with good structure

fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks thanks to the action of only indigenous yeasts, accompanied by periodic pump-overs. The 30% of the mass remains on the skins for 4 months and the wine ages for two years in large Slavonian oak barrels of 20 and 30 hectoliters. After at least another 3 months of bottle aging, it is finally released on the market.

The Chianti Classico from the Radda reality of Podere Val delle Corti has a pure ruby red color. On the nose, typical varietal aromas of red fruits emerge, blending with a light and pleasant spicy nuance. The taste is full-bodied, lively, and juicy, with good freshness and structure, accompanied by a well-integrated tannic texture that supports the savory finish.
