Domaine Pierre et L'Étoile's 'ChicA' is a rich, juicy red wine made in France's Languedoc region. It is made from a blend of Grenache, Syrah and Carignan, and aged a few months in steel and fiberglass, retaining all the freshness of the berry and herb notes, softened by delicate hints of spice, which return to the palate in a balanced, enveloping sip with a full, long finish. Try it with a board of sliced meats and aged cheeses!
