The Cirò Rosso Reserve "Aris" is a deep, rich, and very typical red wine, born from old Gaglioppo vines grown in bush form. The spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and maturation in cement make it an authentic and expressive red, with an earthy, spicy, and salty bouquet, and a deep, warm, and intensely tannic taste.
