The grapes are pressed whole and fermented at low temperatures with brief ageing on fine lees, techniques aimed at preserving maximum aroma and freshness. The nose expresses orange blossom, hawthorn and yellow peach with herbaceous hints, while the palate is intense, deep and persistent, with a balanced structure.
