The Coenobium is a fresh white wine, easy to drink and pleasantly rustic produced by the Trappist nuns of Vitorchiano from typical white grapes of the area. It has an agile and refreshing profile, savory and mineral with aromatic notes of hay, wild herbs, humus, and ripe white fruit. An ode to cenobitic and communal life!
