ArtisanalFrom our sommeliers
The "Coenobium Ruscum" from the Trappist Monastery is a rustic and pastoral white wine made from four different local grapes, obtained from a 15-day skin maceration. The nose is pure and complex with notes of wildflowers, aromatic herbs, yellow fruit, and hay. The palate is in harmony with the nose, divinely balanced, caressed by a light tannin and a very pleasant savoriness.
Colour:
Consistent amber yellow
Scent:
Floral notes of wild white flowers, balsamic mint and sage, herbaceous cut grass, fruity apple and pear, and light hints of orange peel
Taste:
Fresh and savory, with perfect taste-olfactory correspondence and slightly tannic
