The "Core Bianco" from Montevetrano is a white wine from Campania made from Fiano and Greco grapes, aged for about 8 months in steel on fine lees. It has an intense straw yellow color and expresses fruity notes of Williams pear, wildflowers, and citrus peels, framed by mineral aromas, revealing a fresh and soft sip, elegant and savory.

The “Core Bianco” from the Montevetrano winery is a wine white with pleasant aromatic complexity, fresh and elegant produced in San Cipriano Picentino, in the province of Salerno. This label is obtained from the blending of two native white grape varieties from the area: Greco and Fiano. The vineyards are located at about 100 meters above sea level on volcanic soils characterized by clay-limestone soils and surrounded by chestnut woods, in the unspoiled territory of the Picentini Mountains Regional Park. The winery is a family-run business, managed since the early 80s by Silvia Imparato who, thanks to a group of friends, including the winemaker Riccardo Cotarella, began almost as a game to experiment with winemaking until achieving wines of great expression that immediately sparked international interest.

The Montevetrano “Core Bianco” is produced with carefully selected and hand-harvested grapes around September. The bunches, brought to the winery, are cold macerated for about 48hours before being gently pressed and undergoing separate alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Following this are the racking and blending, after which the wine remains in aging on its fine lees in stainless steel containers for at least 8 months.

The “Core Bianco” from Montevetrano presents itself visually with a bright straw-yellow color. On the nose, intense aromas of white and yellow fleshed fruit and citrus appear, including peach, pear, apricot, and orange peel, floral notes of white flowers and wildflowers, hints of dried fruit, including walnut and almond, finishing with slight mineral hints. On the palate, it is broad, fresh, soft, and elegant, characterized by a refreshing salinity and a pleasantly long finish that recalls Mediterranean and floral notes. This white from the Montevetrano winery is a very pleasant expression, reflecting the characteristics of the territory and suitable for any occasion.
