The Cornas "Granit 30" by winemaker Vincent Paris is a red rich in fruity aromas, made with 100% Syrah. Coming from the Rhône Valley, this wine is made starting from a cold maceration of the grapes for one week, followed by spontaneous fermentation by indigenous yeasts. The aging takes place in used oak barrels for 12 months. A pleasant wine to drink young with excellent aging potential.
