Cote Rotie "Binardes" from Domaine Stephan winery is a red wine blend of Syrah and Viognier. The grapes are fermented spontaneously with indigenous yeasts and the wine is then aged for 12 months in steel tanks. A rustic and genuine cherry red sip, intrinsic with aromas of blackberry, currant and blueberry, hints of black pepper and floral notes of violet
