The Cotes du Rhone Blanc "Les Plains" from Domaine du Trapadis is a white wine from the Rhône made from Grenache Blanc. It's rare to find a pure version of this grape variety, here characterized on the nose by aromas of ripe fruit, especially pear, peach, and grapefruit zest, surrounded by light aromas of aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is assertive, slender, and clean, leaving a deep mineral memory: its signature.
