Cremant d'Alsace Extra Brut "Cuvée Paul Eduard" from the Domaine Bott Geyl winery is a light-hearted French sparkling wine perfect for celebrating any occasion. It is made from a blend of Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir skilfully blended and then aged for 24 months on its own yeasts. The colour is pale straw yellow with a fine and persistent perlage, while the nose reveals notes of fresh fruit and honey.
