Georges Klein's Cremant d'Alsace is an Alsatian Classic Method, produced by a company with centuries of history in the area. The Upper Rhine area is ideal for the cultivation of various Pinots, and this wine is made partly from Pinot Blanc. On the nose there are typical aromas of brioche and the floral bouquet is very persistent. In the mouth, the bubbles tickle the palate pleasantly, the sip is very fresh and the aromatic component reappears with intensity and persistence
