The Cremant from Alsace Brut by Frick is a refined artisanal sparkling wine made from Auxerrois grapes, aged for 12 months in bottle on its own yeasts. The nose is suggestive and intense, offering a wide range of yeasty and herbal aromas. The scents of aromatic herbs, honey, and dried fruit recede in front of puffs of pastry and touches of toasted bread. The taste shows character and great drinkability, playing simply with freshness, fragrance, and liveliness.
