Nicolas Therez's Cremant de Limoux Rosé Nature 'Tendance' is a rosé sparkling wine made in Languedoc from Chardonnay, Chenin and Pinot Noir. After aging for at least 18 months on the lees, the result is a fresh, fruity and citrusy wine that expresses delicate sensations of red fruits and wild strawberries on the nose, while the palate is lively, balanced and delicately mineral. Ideal to drink with fish crudités and delicate appetizers
