The Cremant de Savoie Brut from Quenard is an artisanal sparkling wine produced by a historic family of the region, one of the standard bearers of the artisanal movement in Savoy. White fruit, citrus fruits and white flowers such as acacia arise from the glass, so fragrant that they entice one to sip. On the palate we find all the aromaticity we found on the nose, then the sip is very fresh, the bubble is fine but persistent and numerous. Ideal with fish, but also to be tried with alpine cheeses
