Domaine des Entrefaux's Crozes-Hermitage Blanc is a white from an iconic French wine region, the northern Rhone Valley. This Domaine works organically with great respect for its land, that Crozes-Hermitage which is increasingly sought after by wine lovers. This blend of Marsanne and Roussanne offers a fragrant bouquet of white flowers, citrus and intriguing notes of wax, typical of the type. On the palate it is warm, with great smoothness and balance. Its structure and lingering finish make it perfect to accompany a fish barbecue or pork dishes
