Saint Jaimes' from Domaine Les 4 Vents is a Crozes-Hermitages red wine made from Syrah grapes only. On the palate, the wine is fresh but full-bodied, with notes of leather, liquorice, blackberry and spices that intensify over the years. Macerated for 30 days and matured for a year in used barrels, it is ideal to be paired with appetisers, aperitifs of cured meats and cheeses, as well as fried fish
