The Curtefranca Bianco by Contadi Castaldi is a Lombard white wine from the Franciacorta wine area made entirely from Chardonnay grapes, which ages for 7 months in stainless steel tanks for 70% of the mass and the remaining part in oak barriques. It presents a shiny straw-colored appearance and expresses tropical fruit, white flower, almond, and vanilla notes on the nose, while on the palate it is fresh, savory, and has fragrant persistence.
