The Curtefranca Rosso 'Mandola' by Freccianera is born in the shade of an ancient almond tree, a tree that watches over the rows of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot. It is a dry wine that comes from the prestigious Franciacorta, which proves to be a land suited for bubbles, but not only. On the nose, it is delicately spiced, with hints of cherry and red fruits that culminate in intriguing hints of underbrush on the finish. On the palate, it is clear, with intense savoriness and persistence. Very harmonious, with a tailored sip, it is excellent to pair with refined meat dishes.
