Cuvée Brut 'Dr Brendan O'Regan' from the Pierre Sugrue winery is a fine and elegant English sparkling wine perfect for celebrating a special occasion. It is made from a blend of carefully selected Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes and matured on the lees for over 55 months. The straw yellow colour with golden highlights introduces a fine, persistent perlage while aromas of yellow-fleshed fruit and bread crust intoxicate the nose.
