Dolcetto d'Alba Bosio - Boschi dei Signori 2024

Bosio's Dolcetto d'Alba is part of the Boschi dei Signori line, dedicated to products that adhere closely to tradition. Vinification in steel and maceration for only 6 days are instrumental in developing the fragrant character of the grape variety. The nose reveals cherry, plum and a slight floral touch, with a typical almond finish. On the palate, it is soft and fresh, with a silky tannic profile that makes it very easy to drink. Excellent with semi-mature cheeses and white meats
