Poderi Fogliati's Dolcetto d'Alba is a tribute to family tradition and the passion of grandfather Guido, patriarch of the winery and always fond of this Piedmontese grape variety. The grapes come from old cultivated vineyards and are vinified with short maceration to accentuate their freshness. The nose offers delicate aromas of violet, crisp cherry and sweet almond. The palate is immediate and lively, smooth but dry. Ideal with cold cuts and young cheeses
