"Droppello" by Tenuta Fertuna is an immediate and pleasant white wine made from Sangiovese grapes, vinified in white only in steel tanks. Its bouquet is fruity, with nuances of flowers and aromatic herbs. The taste reveals freshness, balance, harmony and good savory aromas

The “Droppello” from Tenuta Fertuna is a Tuscan white with a decidedly original character. It is, in fact, a wine made from Sangiovese grapes vinified in white, a practice that is not very common, but allows for the production of fresh wines with good structure. The choice of aging only in steel enhances the primary aromas of the grape and expresses fresh, fruity, and savory notes. It is a light, fresh, and agile white that pairs well with many flavorful dishes of Tuscan seafood cuisine.

The white “Droppello” is one of the most innovative labels of Tenuta Fertuna, a winery located in Grilli, in the beautiful hilly area of Maremma Toscana. The name of the winery comes from the union of the words fertility and fortune, emphasizing the project's roots in the territory and the fate of man. The estate covers a total of about 145 hectares, of which about fifty are dedicated to vines, which rest on very suitable soils characterized by abundant presence of alberese and galestro.
