'A Pel Negre' Loxarel 2021

Loxarel’s "A Pel Negre" is a red wine that fully represents the reality in which the winery operates. It is produced with grapes harvested around the winery and towards the hinterland, then processed with artisanal care: a true overview of High Penedes, interpreted according to the principles of biodynamics. The nose reveals hints of red fruits at first, then intriguing notes of roasting, such as hazelnut and almond. In the mouth it is fresh, aromatic and persistent with fine, gentle tannins that recall ripe fruits. Ideal with meat, to try with chicken 'a la catalana'
