Vermentino di Gallura is a Sardinian white wine with a fresh and marine profile that is aged for several months in steel. This maturation allows it to preserve the fresh and varietal character of the grape, allowing the nose to express sensations of citrus, white fruit and iodine flavours. Its clear, saline and Mediterranean imprinting combined with a good alcoholic warmth make it perfect in combination with fish menus.
