Erbaluce 'Erbavoglio' Torraccia del Piantavigna 2024

The Erbaluce "Erbavoglio" from the Torraccia del Piantavigna winery is a fresh and versatile white wine from Northern Piemonte. The homonymous grapes that compose it in purity and inspire the name of the label are manually harvested and then undergo a refinement of 6 months in steel tanks and 12 in bottle. The pale straw yellow color with greenish reflections recalls the large meadows of this area and the aromas bring to mind crunchy fresh fruit and lemon grass. The sip is agile, mineral, clean, and has a slightly bitter finish.
