"Esegesi" by Eugenio Rosi is a red wine made from a Bordeaux blend, that is a union of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. It ages for 24 months in oak barrels of different sizes and releases a bouquet rich in aromas of raspberries, plums, blackberries, mixed flowers, chocolate and black pepper, while on the palate it is fresh and structured, savory, with a pleasantly balsamic and persistent finish.
