The Etna Bianco "Muganazzi" from the famous Sicilian winery Graci is a fresh and mineral white that encapsulates a strong volcanic character supported by a creamy sip. It is made with pure Carricante grapes and a long aging of 12 months in oak barrels followed by another 12 months in bottle. The color is intense straw yellow with golden reflections that introduce fascinating aromas of white flowers, sweet spices, and a characteristic citrus hint in the finish. The sip is soft, enveloping, fresh, elegant, and with a surprisingly persistent finish.
