The Etna Rosso "Mofete" is a red wine with a volcanic character. It is born from the selection of the best grapes of Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio from the northern districts of Etna. The aging partly in stainless steel and partly in large wooden barrels allows the primary fruity and spicy tones of the grape to shine through. The sip is elegant, mineral, fresh, and with pronounced tannins.
