Tenuta Cavalier Pepe's Falanghina 'Vigna Santa Vara' is a pure, terroir-driven white wine from Campania that is fresh, elegant and well-structured. The grapes come from the vineyard of the same name, a single vineyard, and are fermented and aged exclusively in wood. The nose offers exotic fruit and citrus with sweet hints of white pepper. The palate is enveloping, round and textured, with a fresh and persistent finish. This is a full-bodied white wine, perfect with both baked fish and white meats
