The Falerno del Massico Bianco is made from pure Falanghina grapes, vinified and aged only in steel. The variety is cultivated on volcanic soils in one of the three estates of Villa Matilde, that of San Castrese. Intriguing hints of sea, tropical fruits, almonds, and broom persist on the palate, which is fresh, light, and savory.
