The Fiano di Avellino "Exultet" by Quintodecimo is a structured and full-bodied white wine, warm and powerful, with intense notes of yellow fruit, sage, and hazelnuts, supported by good freshness and savoriness. Its exuberant aromatic richness is due to the long aging of 10 months in steel and barrels.

The Fiano di Avellino “Exultet” by Quintodecimo originates in Campania, precisely in Mirabella Eclano in the province of Avellino. The artist in question is Luigi Moio, a son of art since his father Michele was already a winemaker and in the 1950s he relaunched the Falerno, a famous local wine adored by the ancient Romans. After studying in Burgundy and deepening his understanding of the scientific aspects of wine aromas, Luigi returns home and with his wife Laura inaugurates his business in 2001, which over time has grown with his experience, becoming today a reference point for national and international wine production.

The grapes for the Fiano di Avellino “Exultet” by Quintodecimo come from the Lapio vineyard, located at about 570 meters above sea level. The soil here is mainly composed of clay and limestone for structured and decisive wines; regarding the climate, abundant rains are usually present during winter, the latter affected by cold temperatures and abundant snowfall, while summers present mild temperatures, never excessively sultry. The vineyard is exposed to the south/west, an ideal position for the sun to consistently hit the rows and grant them full ripening. The grape harvest takes place between the end of September and the first ten days of October. The harvest is manual in boxes of about 15 kg; in the cellar, the whole bunches are subjected to long and soft pressing. Fermentation occurs 70% in steel tanks and 30% in first passage barriques. It ages for 8 months on the fine lees, regularly stirred in the wine.

The color of the Fiano di Avellino “Exultet” by Quintodecimo is a bright straw yellow with brilliant greenish reflections; the bouquet of aromas recalls linden leaves, those of acacia and aromatic herbs like thyme with notes of exotic fruit and candied citrus. On the palate, it is elegant, enveloping, and powerful with a perfect balance also due to the fresh and savory final notes that invite sipping glass after glass. It pairs perfectly with dishes based on
