"Foglianella" di Marinferno is a dry white wine typical of Piacenza, produced with overripe Ortrugo grapes and a small part of Chardonnay. It is vinified and matured in concrete tanks, presenting a fresh, repetitive taste with pleasant rustic notes, yellow pulp fruit and dried flowers.
