The Blanc de Blancs by Tenuta Montenisa by Marchesi Antinori is a refined, creamy and fine Franciacorta, aged for 24 months on fine lees. Under its straw-colored dress with a very fine perlage, it reveals a citrus and herbaceous bouquet, with hints of minerals and delicate notes of white flowers. The sip is dominated by an impeccable harmony, which after a creamy debut fades towards a marked freshness
