Franciacorta Brut by Bosio is a fresh and fragrant sparkling wine ideal for those looking for a label with simple and classic elegance, produced by a small family winery located in the heart of the beautiful Lombard wine region known for its classic method sparkling wines, in Timolini Corte Franca in the province of Brescia. A bottle that has the power to make toasts and aperitifs special, but that is also perfect for accompanying the entire meal.

Bosio Brut is a blend of Chardonnay (90%) and Pinot Nero (10%) grapes, carefully and passionately cultivated by the Bosio family in vineyards located a few kilometers from Lake Iseo. A climate and soil particularly suitable for viticulture allow for the production of concentrated and compact bunches, ideal for sparkling wine production. Once hand-picked, the grapes are vinified in steel tanks in the winery, which is modern and equipped with cutting-edge technologies. Following the alcoholic fermentation of only the free-run must, the wine rests in the same tanks for about six months, and subsequently, the base obtained is bottled, where the sparkling process takes place and a resting on the lees for at least 18 months.

This sparkling wine from Bosio presents a characteristic clear straw-yellow color, with greenish reflections. The bouquet of aromas that emerges on the nose recalls hints of fresh fruit, white peach, and citrus alternating with floral notes of jasmine and pastry. Its taste is juicy, broad, and decisive, with a compact and creamy perlage and a fine and persistent minerality. A light note of toasted almond and a pleasantly savory aftertaste close the sip. A winning pairing with oysters and raw fish, but also recommended with dishes based on white meats and delicate vegetables.
