The Franciacorta Brut by Contadi Castaldi is a fresh and fascinating sparkling wine, aged fat least for 20 months on the yeats. It has fresh lime aromas, accompanied by pleasent notes of citrus, white peach and green pepper. The taste is tense, vibrant, very easy drinking and with a long finish.
