The "Cuvée Royale" by Tenuta Montenisa - Antinori is a Franciacorta Brut with a creamy and elegant timbre, aged in bottle on the lees for at least 36 months. Notes of white flowers, aromatic herbs, medlar, citrus fruits, pastry elements and nuances of toasted hazelnut make up a refined and delicate bouquet. The taste is fine, harmonious and chiselled, with a thin bubble and a marked mineral freshness
