The Franciacorta Brut Nature 'Demetra' from the Mirabella winery is a sparkling wine made using the Classic Method, based on Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Blanc, aged for 60 months on the lees in the bottle. Rich, sinuous, and enveloping, the fruity and floral notes are well balanced by delicate citrus nuances and the softer hints of freshly baked bread. Perfect for toasting special occasions
