From our sommeliers

Freevolo Radiz is an authentic and genuine white wine, created in collaboration with Giulio Armani, oenologist and master craftsman from the Piacenza hills. Made from old vines dating back to the 1970s, it is fermented spontaneously using indigenous yeasts and without added sulphites. The palate is substantial and round, with good structure, enriched by hints of ripe yellow fruit, fresh citrus notes and rustic nuances. A white wine that sincerely interprets its terroir, offering a rich and authentic taste experience, perfect for those looking for a wine with character

completely artisanal, allows to enhance the varietal characteristics of the grapes and the typicality of the territory.

The Radiz Freevolo presents itself with an intense straw-yellow color and slightly hazy, a prelude to a rich and articulated olfactory profile. On the nose, it reveals pronounced citrus notes, where bergamot and cedar blend with floral notes of acacia and a herbaceous hint of boxwood. On the palate, the wine expresses a round and enveloping structure, with pleasant rusticity. The sip is very fresh and almost rustic, with a smooth yet satisfying drink, and a minerality that emerges at the finish, giving length and depth. Freevolo is a white wine that is suitable to be enjoyed on any occasion, excellent with cheese platters or risotto based on fish and vegetables!
