It is a label with a character that is typically territorial, renewing the ancient regional tradition of lively and pleasantly vibrant wines. It is born from a blend of Spergola, an indigenous grape of the area, and Sauvignon Blanc, a combination that gives a fresh, savory, and slightly aromatic sip.

The sparkling wine Sui Lieviti Rio Rocca is produced by the winery Il Farneto, located in the wonderful hilly area of Scandiano and Canossa. The vineyards are cultivated at an altitude of about 250 meters above sea level, in an area rich in woods, which contribute to creating a great environmental biodiversity. The estate extends over 8 hectares managed according to the principles of biodynamic agriculture. The east-facing exposures, the cool and breezy climate, and the sandy and clay soils have proven to be perfect conditions for white grape varieties, which slowly reach maturity, rich in fragrances and aromas. The grapes are gently pressed as whole clusters and the must ferments spontaneously with only indigenous yeasts in steel tanks. The secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle, with the addition of only flower must, in order to guarantee the maximum integrity of the fruit, without the addition of exogenous sugars.

The Bianco Sui Lieviti Rio Rocca Frisant from the Emilia winery Il Farneto is a wine with a straightforward and genuine face, pleasantly sparkling and easy-drinking. In the glass, it presents an intense straw yellow color with a delicate and soft foam. On the nose, it opens with notes of yeast, bread crust, fragrant fruit, and floral aromas.
