Camerlengo's Semi-sparkling White 'Jinette' is a genuine wine with an amber colour and delicate effervescence. The winery chooses to work with local native grape varieties, which are increasingly rare today, in order to protect them from the risk of extinction and preserve the authentic identity of the Vulture area. The bouquet opens with notes of crisp fruit, hints of citrus and a straightforward finish with herbaceous hints reminiscent of heather fields.
